About this talk

This panel brings together four leading knowledge managers and innovators to discuss some of the projects they have started or have seen sprouted in crisis situations.

The panel will bring together a world view as we'll be joined by Thao and Priti is the US (New York and Chicago respectively), Barbara in Brazil, and Terri in Australia.

Priti Saraswat

Priti currently runs her own KM Consultancy assisting law firms in the US and internationally on new technology and strategies on how to innovate from within. She is also the Content Strategist for Fringe Legal and the mastermind behind the topics covered on the podcast.

Bárbara Gondim da Rocha

Head of Knowledge Management and Innovation at Rocha, Marinho E Sales Advogados. Barbara is based in Fortaleza, Brazil, and before her adventures in law she was an English teacher. During law school, she interned for one of her professors at her law firm, 14 years later Barbara is now the Head of KM and Innovation at that firm!

Terri Mottershead

As the Executive Director for the Centre of Legal Innovation (Australia, New Zealand and Asia) at The College of Law, Terri works internationally with leaders and managers of law firms, alternative legal service/product providers, legal associations, legal incubators and accelerators, legaltech entrepreneurs, law schools, business schools, business professionals and lawyers, supporting their contribution to the transformation of legal practice. She has been a thought leader in people centred legal practice innovation for more than 25 years.

Thao Tran

Thao Tran is the Knowledge Management, Manager for Fried Frank’s Corporate Department, resident in New York. Prior to her work as a KM manager, Ms. Tran practiced as a leveraged finance attorney for seven years at Fried Frank.
