A former lawyer, Allison heads both Al Tamimi & Company's Innovation & Efficiency Group and it's Knowledge Management function. She continues to search for and implement ways to make the role of a lawyer as efficient as possible as well as trying to ensure that knowledge management is a business as usual activity.

Allison chairs Al Tamimi & Company's Innovation & Efficiency Group
where she leads on the firm's innovation strategy and oversees the review, testing and adoption of legal tech solutions. Passionate about supporting general counsel, law firm leaders and colleagues to improve effectiveness and efficiency, she established
and manages the firm’s ‘Coding Club’ consisting of a group of colleagues
who automate legal and other documents which are used both internally
as well as by Al Tamimi’s clients. She also heads the firm's Knowledge Management team ensuring that the firm is supporting colleagues through the KM strategy and by providing tools and processes to ensure knowhow is current, shared and readily accessible.
Allison is a qualified lawyer and has worked in Chile, India, New
York, London and Dubai for Magic Circle and local law firms. She has
previously taught on post-graduate law programmes, holds a university
teaching qualification and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
